Cloud API & NLP Integration
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I’m expanding an existing product and need hands-on support in three tightly connected areas: integrating third-party cloud service APIs, building out Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning capabilities, and hardening the underlying AWS / GCP infrastructure with solid DevOps practices.
Here is what matters most for this engagement:
• Third-party API work – I need clean, reliable integrations with cloud-based services (think AWS Comprehend, Google Cloud Vision, or similar). Expect to design the interface layer, handle authentication/authorization, and write concise documentation so future developers can plug in additional endpoints without friction.
• NLP & ML components – Once the data is flowing, you will help shape models that extract meaning and deliver predictions in real time. I’m open to frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or spaCy as long as the choice fits the use-case and scales.
• Cloud & DevOps – The code must ship continuously and run securely. Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines are part of the scope. Security best practices around data privacy are non-negotiable.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional integration with the selected cloud service APIs, exposed through a documented REST/GraphQL interface.
2. Trained and deployable NLP/ML model(s) with reproducible training scripts and evaluation metrics.
3. Automated build, test, and deployment pipeline running in the chosen cloud environment.
4. Concise hand-off documentation covering setup, configuration, and future extension points.
