Claude Automation for Construction Estimating

Budget: $15 – $25 AUD

I need an end-to-end Claude workflow that reads a project scope, architectural drawings and site photos, then automatically:

• generates accurate digital take-offs
• converts those into structured BOQs
• drafts client-ready proposals
• adds clear mark-ups on the original plans or images

My goal is to remove as much manual effort as possible from our estimating and early-stage project management process. I already rely on both Claude and ChatGPT for smaller tasks, so this build must use their APIs (or your own preferred connectors) plus the scripting or low-code automations that bring everything together.

Here is what a successful engagement looks like:

• A repeatable pipeline I can trigger with a single command or a file drop.
• Clean, commented code or no-code blueprint so I can maintain it internally.
• A short video or live hand-off session walking through the setup on a sample project, showing each output against the drawings provided.
• Your portfolio pieces or case studies proving you have done similar Claude/ChatGPT automations in the construction space.
