Chat GPT API

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop an API that will be linked to Chat GPT's API for my project. The main goal of this project is to collect data from various media articles and sources through the API. Chat GPT's API will then analyze the data and provide the requested output. Here are the specific requirements:

- An initial API that will call hundreds of publically available media APIs from a given list. The goal is to extract articles. If it encounters medias that do not have publically available API, it should still be able to extract the required articles.
- Chat GPT's API will run through these articles and proceed with the required analysis criteria
- Chat GPT's API will be able to generate content from the analyzed articles.


Preferred Programming Language: No preference, I will leave it to the freelancer to choose the most suitable language.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Strong knowledge and experience in developing APIs.
- Proficiency in natural language processing and understanding.
- Experience in data collection and processing.
- Familiarity with Python or JavaScript (or any other suitable programming language).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Chat GPT's API
