CRM project - Laravel Performance and Bug Fixes

Job ID: 39778001

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

My Laravel-based platform is under heavy load and critical functions have started to struggle. Page responses are slowing down, some Ajax calls return erratic data, and a few API endpoints fail on the first hit and only work after a refresh. Because the site serves live customers, I need these problems resolved as soon as possible.

The immediate scope is two-fold: boost overall performance and eliminate the bugs affecting user flow. In practical terms, that means trimming slow queries, tightening caching and queue settings, and correcting the JavaScript Ajax layer so it communicates cleanly with my controllers. On the back end, a handful of third-party API integrations time-out or throw malformed responses; they need reliable error handling and proper data validation so bad payloads never make it to the database.

For clarity, here’s what I expect back from you:
• Performance audit with the main bottlenecks highlighted and fixed (queries, Eloquent relationships, config tweaks).
• Clean, working Ajax interactions—no console errors, consistent JSON, graceful fallbacks.
• Stable API integration code that logs intelligently and never exposes sensitive keys.
• Robust validation rules across the affected forms and endpoints.

Please be comfortable profiling Laravel (Telescope, Xdebug, or similar), working with jQuery/vanilla Ajax, and debugging external REST APIs. I’ll grant Git access and a staging server the moment we agree to start. Deadlines are tight, so daily updates and small, testable commits will keep us both on track.
