CPA Lead Gen Automation Build

I’m launching a US-focused campaign for the MoneyMutual offer and need a developer who can take the entire lead-capture flow from click to conversion and wire it together seamlessly.

The core objective is to optimise conversion rates, so the build must be lightning-fast, mobile-first, and visually clean. I’ll rely on a multi-step form that gathers two sets of information only:
• Personal details – name, email, phone
• Contact preferences – best time to reach

(If your architecture leaves room to add financial details later, that flexibility is welcome but not required right now.)

Here’s what I expect delivered:
1. A responsive multi-step landing page coded in clean JS, HTML, and CSS.
2. Real-time lead submission to the CPA network via their JSON / REST endpoint, with secure token handling.
3. Postback URL / webhook configuration so conversions and payouts post straight into my tracking dashboard.
4. Front-end and back-end validation for US ZIP, phone, and email to protect lead quality.
5. Clear, well-commented code plus brief deployment instructions.

Tech stack is up to you—PHP, Node.js, or Python on the back end is fine as long as the API integration, JSON handling, and webhook logic are solid.
