Build website for buying eBay products outside of eBay using APIs

We need help building a modern and attractive website that pull eBay Motors and automotive parts & accessories listings from eBay using APIs. Users should have the ability to find, browse and purchase products directly from the website. Products should be added and updated using eBay APIs, a good example is https://picclick.com/, they have all eBay listings on their website for users to browse. Products must be in sync with eBay and regularly added, updated or removed based on the listing status on eBay. As mentioned our plan is to only focus on eBay Motors and automotive parts and accessories, we do not need listings from other categories to be displayed. The purpose of the website is to offer a buying experience for eBay products outside of eBay. The website should from a users perspective function like a normal ecommerce website, however, the orders are instead forwarded to eBay for processing using API. Users should basically be able to place orders without having to visit eBay.
