Build WhatsApp AI Automation Bot (Service Marketplace) – Python/Supabase [Budget Project]

We are looking for an individual Python Developer (No Agencies) to build a WhatsApp-based Service Marketplace ("Super Agent").
We have the full logic and flow ready. We need someone to execute the code efficiently using Free-tier technologies to keep costs low.
​Budget: Competitive/Low (Ideal for freelancers looking for a long-term portfolio project).
Timeline: 2 - 3 Weeks.
​Technical Stack (Mandatory):
​Backend: Python (FastAPI or Flask).
​Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL) – Must use PostGIS for location calculations.
​Platform: WhatsApp Cloud API (Direct Meta integration).
​AI: OpenAI API (for intent recognition).
​Key Features to Build:
​1. Dual User System (Role-Based)
The bot must recognize two types of users on the same number:
​Customer: Sees the menu (Book Driver, Rent Flat, Visa Services).
​Vendor (Driver/Agent): Sees a dashboard (New Leads, Wallet Balance).
​2. Geo-Location & Broadcasting (The "Uber" Logic)
​User sends a Location Pin -> System finds Drivers within 5km radius (using PostGIS) -> Broadcasts the job to them.
​Logic: "First-to-Accept" gets the job.
​Timer: If no accept in 30 mins, request expires.
​3. Service Modules (Modular Design)
You need to create a flexible database structure for these 5 services:
​Safe Driver: Bidding system + Live Tracking logic.
​Real Estate: Lead broadcasting to Agents based on "Area Tags" (e.g., Marina Agents).
​Home Maintenance: User uploads photo -> Technician sends quote.
​Visa Services: Document collection flow.
​Tours/Safari: Booking menu flow.
​4. Internal Wallet (Database Only)
​Simple credit/debit logic in the database to track Vendor Earnings and Commission deduction. (No payment gateway integration needed in Phase 1).
