Build a Simple WhatsApp CRM (MVP) for Small Businesses

Hi,
I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a simple WhatsApp CRM system (MVP) targeted at small businesses in Saudi Arabia (restaurants, clinics, shops, service providers).
What I need:

Connect to the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API or Twilio)
A web dashboard (Arabic RTL interface) where I can:

See all incoming WhatsApp messages in one inbox
Reply to customers directly from the dashboard
Save and manage customer contacts with tags/labels
Send bulk messages to groups of customers
Set up simple auto-replies (welcome message, out-of-hours, etc.)
View basic reports (messages sent, read rates)



Tech stack (flexible):

Backend: Node.js or Python
Frontend: React.js
Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB
Hosting: DigitalOcean or AWS

Deliverables I expect:

Full working source code on a private GitHub repo
Web dashboard deployed on a staging server
A short Loom video showing how everything works
Basic documentation
2 weeks of post-delivery support for bugs
