Build a Receptionistas Business Portal (RBP) V1 Using Noloco & Supabase

Project Description

We are Receptionistas, a UK-based AI receptionist and intelligent website company.

We are looking for an experienced Noloco developer to build Version 1 of our Receptionistas Business Portal (RBP).

This is intentionally a lean MVP. We do NOT want a custom SaaS application. We want to leverage Noloco's existing functionality so our development budget can be focused on Business Mia and future AI features rather than building standard portal components from scratch.

The portal should provide secure customer logins, multi-tenant data separation and a clean Receptionistas-branded interface.

The portal will use Supabase (or another suitable database) as the central data source.

Version 1 should include:

• Secure customer login
• Multi-tenant customer portal
• Receptionistas administrator account
• Dashboard showing key business metrics
• Calls & enquiries section
• Website / i-site analytics section
• Mia Chat activity
• Payments overview
• Business Profile
• Weekly AI insights/report area

Customers will NOT configure Mia or manage AI settings inside the portal. This is a reporting and insights portal only.

The system should be designed so that future features, including Business Mia and additional analytics, can be added without major redesign.
