Brightpearl CSV Update App

I'm seeking a developer to create a Brightpearl application that reads a CSV file to update sales orders.

Requirements:
- The CSV file includes dispatched orders at the SKU level.
- If all SKUs on an order are dispatched, the app should:
- Mark the order as "Shipped"
- Automatically invoice it
- If the order is part-shipped, the app needs to:
- Fulfill the SKUs
- Change the order status

App Trigger:
- Manual trigger required to initiate the update

CSV File Upload:
- Should be uploaded via a web interface
