Bot to open long position on Kucoin

i want to automate an operation on kucoin exchange, its simples, check the details:
1- the bot will monitor all cryptocurrencies in real time on exchange Kucoin
2- the bot will have to have all the rules required by kucoin to connect to the api
3- as soon as the bot identifies an appreciation of 30% in less than 3 seconds in any cryptocurrency, it will open the buy order with the take profit already set at 50% (leave the take profit available for alteration)
