Back-end App Rebuild (.Net, C#, SQL, API's)

We are re-building an existing app to modernize the front and back-end experience.
We can share a full project proposal for qualified freelancers, but the basics of this project are that we need a back-end focused developer to join one of our teams to help us complete a 10 week project to rebuild an existing internal web application as follows:
Back-end: ASP.Net, C#, API build, REDIS integration
Front-end: React.js front-end, CSS3, Cache, enhanced user experience.
We require a developer experienced in back-end development that can work with data-engineer, front-end app developer, and project manager to reimagine the user experience of this app and build out the back-end services.
You will need excellent communication skills and thoughtful architecture and design skills. English fluency is important.
Whilst not a requirement, there is an opportunity for contract-to-hire if that is of interest.
