Automation for Processing and Forwarding Gmail Data to Telegram

I need a system that can automatically process incoming emails containing data in table format. The data should be reorganized into a specified format and then sent to two different Telegram groups/channels:
Channel 1: Send all the data.
Channel 2: Send only one-third of the data.
The process must be fully automated and complete in under a minute.
Requirements:
Use Gmail API to retrieve email data. (or any other that you might think of)
Implement an automation system (such as Zapier or a custom script) for processing and formatting the data.
Send the processed data to the Telegram groups/channels accordingly.
Provide all necessary tools and clear guidance on how I can adjust or customize this process independently in the future.
Please include a brief proposal detailing your approach, the tools you plan to use, and your fee for the project. Completion is needed ASAP. Thank you for your assistance!
*IMORTANT: Due to the sensitive nature of the data, I may not be able to share the original emails and data. Therefore, the freelancer should be prepared to guide me in handling this part independently (I am reasonably IT literate). The selected freelancer will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and must reside in a jurisdiction where the NDA is legally enforceable.
