Automated Quote Builder Integration

I have a survey that lives inside Go High Level. When a prospect completes it, I want everything that follows to happen without me lifting a finger: Make (Integromat) should grab the answers, look up the corresponding prices in a Google Sheet, calculate totals, and push those values straight into my Go High Level Estimate template. The CRM must then email the finished quote to the prospect, attach it to the contact record, drop a new opportunity into the correct pipeline stage, and keep that record updated as the quote moves from sent to viewed to accepted or lost.

You’ll need to lean on Make scenarios, Go High Level and Google Sheets APIs, plus any necessary webhooks. I can supply the sheet structure and the estimate template; what I need from you is a rock-solid, documented automation that I can later tweak without rewriting code.

Acceptance criteria
• A survey submission triggers the workflow and produces a fully populated estimate inside Go High Level within 60 seconds
• Every line item and total matches the Google Sheet values I provide
• The quote email is sent automatically with the PDF/estimate attached to the contact
• Opportunity, custom fields, and status updates are written back to the CRM so I can track each quote end-to-end
