Automated Qlik Sense Reporting Scripts

Daily operational dashboards in Qlik Sense must refresh and distribute themselves—no more manual clicks. The goal is a fully scripted, end-to-end set-up that loads data, regenerates reports, and publishes them on schedule.

You will craft robust load and reload scripts that pull from:

• SQL database
• CSV / Excel files
• API integration

Once the data lands cleanly, the script should trigger automated report generation within Qlik Sense, push the refreshed sheets to the hub, and, where possible, email or export them (PDF or Excel) to a designated folder.

Key expectations
• Reusable, well-commented Qlik Sense load script covering all three data sources
• QMC task configuration (or equivalent) so reloads and report exports run unattended
• Clear hand-off notes explaining connection strings, variable use, and any security considerations
• Short screen-share walkthrough to confirm everything runs from a fresh install

Acceptance is based on a successful scheduled run that refreshes the model and delivers the new reports without errors.
