I need a small, self-running script or service that will automatically purchase new leads the moment a listing that matches my settings appears online. The logic is straightforward: watch for the keyword “Clothing”, restrict the search to the United States, United Kingdom and Australia, confirm the required order quantity that I will set in a config file, and then trigger the purchase workflow without manual input.

I am flexible on the underlying marketplace API you prefer to work with—what matters is that the solution can reliably poll the chosen platform, filter by the country marketplace flag, evaluate the quantity field and complete the checkout through secure, stored credentials. A lightweight dashboard or log file that shows each transaction in real time will make it easy for me to monitor activity.
