Weekly Reporting Automation (Looker Studio + Spotify API)
We’re looking for a freelancer experienced in data automation and APIs to build a system that automatically generates weekly visual reports in PDF format, combining data from Meta Ads (via Looker Studio) and Spotify (via API).

Objective

We want a fully automated system that, every week:

Delivers a general report showing the performance of all campaigns and their associated playlists.

Generates an individual report per artist, with their detailed metrics and growth trends.

Includes charts and visual insights for quick understanding — no manual work needed.

What needs to be done

Connect Looker Studio (already pulling data from Meta Ads) with the Spotify API.

Automatically extract Spotify metrics such as streams, listeners, followers, playlists, and playlist performance.

Combine both data sources to generate:

One global report summarizing all campaigns and playlists.

One individual PDF report per artist, including graphs and key indicators.

Automate the weekly email delivery of these reports in PDF format.

Technical requirements

Proven experience with Make / Zapier / n8n or similar automation platforms.

Strong knowledge of Looker Studio and the Spotify API.

Ability to design clean, visual, easy-to-read PDF reports with charts.

Delivery of a fully automated system, with documentation for internal reference.

Deliverables

Automated workflow combining Meta (Looker Studio) + Spotify data.

Weekly generation of:

One global PDF report (all campaigns and playlists).

Individual artist PDF reports with visual analytics.

Automatic email delivery every week.

Short documentation on how it works.
