On my Readdy-hosted landing page, visitors begin a free company check-up through an interactive chat/form that already captures three key datapoints—Industry, Business size, and Digitalization level—and stores them in Readdy’s backend.
The next step is to wire up the rest of the workflow:
• Trigger an automation that pushes the collected data to the GPT API.
• Parse the response to assemble a tailored analysis containing a company summary, an AI readiness score, strengths & weaknesses, recommended use cases, plus quick wins and next steps.
• Convert that output into a well-branded PDF.
• Email the visitor automatically with the PDF attached or linked. I host email credentials, so the build can point to MailerLite, SendGrid, or plain SMTP—whichever you feel integrates cleanest with Readdy’s native hooks.
A working result means: the form submits, data reaches GPT, a nicely formatted PDF is generated, and the email lands in the inbox without manual intervention. Code snippets, Readdy automation settings, and concise setup docs are part of the hand-off so I can replicate the process on future pages.
