Automate Gmail PDF Drive Filing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a fully-working Make.com (Integromat) scenario that watches a dedicated Gmail inbox, pulls every incoming message, and—only when a PDF is attached—continues processing; otherwise it must Ignore the email.
For each PDF the flow should:
1. Extract the text,
2. Send that text to OpenAI and receive a classification. The model must recognise Both possible sample types: Swabs and Finished Goods,
3. Store the file in Google Drive inside a folder named with the arrival date, inside a sub-folder carrying the classified type,
4. Save the document using a Description file-naming convention I will provide.
Please build, test, and share the scenario blueprint plus a brief hand-off note so I can drop in my own API keys and run it immediately.
