Android repices app extra feature

Hello everyone, I need to add extra feature for recipe app that already have source codes.
Description: The application is written in Java language in Android Studio. It pulls the recipes from the PHP admin panel with API.
Features to be added:
- There will be a language selection at the application entry. (3 languages)
- There will be an area to write content for three languages for the recipe in the admin panel.
- Recipes in the application will be displayed according to the selected language.
- There will be a language change section in the settings section. Please make your offer correct, do not charge extra. The job will be given to the person who will do the most suitable wage and fast.
