Airtable-WordPress Database Integration

Project Description:
I’m looking for a developer /team to help me connect an existing Airtable database with a WordPress site. The goal is to have a smooth integration that allows selected data from Airtable to be displayed and managed through WordPress.

Key Requirements:

Connect Airtable with WordPress (via API or recommended plugin).

Build a user-friendly dashboard inside WordPress for data viewing and updates.

Enable role-based access (different users see different data).

Ensure data is reliable, secure, and easy to update.

Suggest best practices for scalability over the next year.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

Strong experience with WordPress and Airtable integration.

Familiarity with APIs, data syncing, and custom dashboard development.

Knowledge of PHP/JavaScript (React/Next.js is a plus).

Attention to detail in data management.

Notes:

This is a pilot stage — for at least the next 12 months we’ll keep Airtable as the main database.

I’m open to recommendations on the best way to integrate and structure this.
