Aircall–Sheets Automation via Apps Script
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need an expert at Aircall API to connect Aircall account to Google Sheets and keeps everything in sync without manual intervention. The script should:
• Log every inbound and outbound call (number, agent, tags, duration, recording link, notes, etc.) to a dedicated sheet the moment the event is fired.
• Stream real-time call status updates—ringing, in progress, ended—into a live dashboard so supervisors can monitor activity as it happens.
• Generate automated daily and weekly reports that aggregate key KPIs and drop them into pre-formatted report tabs
• Leverage Aircall’s SMS endpoints so I can send and receive texts directly from the spreadsheet interface, with each thread neatly appended to the relevant contact row.
• Expose the cleaned call data through a simple Apps Script endpoint so a Large Language Model can pull transcripts or metadata for AI-driven summaries.
Use Aircall webhooks for push events, OAuth for authentication, and native Apps Script services for Sheets manipulation and scheduling. The final deliverable is a fully documented .gs file (or bound spreadsheet project) plus any setup instructions needed to deploy it in on Google cloud Console
