What We're Building
We’re building a powerful AI Sales Assistant across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Groups, and Voice AI (Vapi.ai) using n8n, OpenAI, Google Suite, and Meta APIs.
Our goal is to automate conversations, collect leads, manage appointments, and scale listings/content publishing via AI + automation.
What You’ll Work On
1. WhatsApp AI Agent (Base Flow Ready)
Add memory + context per user (via DB or prompt chaining)
Train OpenAI agent using our real estate FAQs / project sheet
Store lead data to Google Sheets
Ask qualifying questions for rent/sale
prepare agent to onboard rental resale
2. Calendar + Email Integration
Auto-book Google Calendar appointments
Send email reminders for booked viewings
3. Instagram + Facebook Messenger AI Agent
Finalize API connections (base ready)
Handle inquiries, push replies to CRM/Sheet
4. Auto-post to Facebook Groups
Build flow in n8n that picks content (text + image) from Google Sheet/Drive
Auto-post in pre-approved Facebook Groups
5. Voice Agent on Vapi.ai
If experienced: Create AI Voice Agent to handle outgoing/incoming property calls
Transcribe, reply, and push voice transcripts to CRM
