API to Google Sheet

We are using Myinfo to retrieve Data that we want to capture into a form which the visitor will be able to edit 1 field (mail) and submit. When submit we would retrieve the data into a google sheet.

We already have a 1st version https://myinfostag.cfte.education/ but the data is going straight to googlesheet

We want first :
- the data to be retrieved into a non editable form except the email
- the form can t be submitted if the email is missing
- When the form is submitted, the data is retrieved into a google sheet
