Social Media Integration Testing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m finalising a social-media automation service and need a quality-focused tester to ensure everything works reliably on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The role centers on validating the system by using the ReadyChatAI web interface, confirming that authentication, scheduling, publishing, and two-way messaging function correctly wherever the APIs allow.
On Facebook, the focus is on Posting Content and Messaging flows: connect an account through the Meta API using the ReadyChatAI dashboard, create and schedule a variety of post types, and confirm they appear exactly as expected on the page. Then test incoming and outgoing messages to ensure the webhook logic captures, stores, and replies without delay or data loss.
Instagram and WhatsApp should receive the same level of scrutiny for their available publishing and chat features, including media handling, caption limits, rate-limit responses, and error recovery. All actions should be performed through the ReadyChatAI GUI in both desktop and mobile views. Network activity should be logged using tools such as Charles or browser developer tools to inspect requests and responses, and any permission or token issues should be flagged.
When finished, I need:
• A concise test plan outlining the scenarios covered
• Screenshots or screen recordings of key steps and results
• A defect log with reproduction steps, expected vs. actual behaviour, and environment details
• A short summary describing overall integration health and any blockers to launch
No scripting or automation work is required—this is a manual testing role focused on careful validation through the interface. Sandbox credentials will be provided, and I’ll be available for quick clarifications during the test cycle.
