Fix WHMCS DNS & Orders

I need an experienced WHMCS specialist to get two critical functions in my hosting installation working again:

First, the DNS Manager module is failing. Record updates do not stick, the DNS data never appears in the client area, and the module itself refuses to activate cleanly. I have already confirmed that the issue is not on the server’s side; it is entirely within WHMCS or the module hook.

Second, new hosting orders cannot be accepted. Clicking “Accept Order” triggers no automated provisioning, leaving new clients suspended in a pending loop.

This job will be complete once:
• DNS Manager activates without errors and displays current zone data.
• Record additions, edits, and deletions save immediately and show for clients.
• Order-accept now provisions products automatically with the expected welcome email.

I will provide full WHMCS admin access, and any module files you request. Please outline briefly how you intend to troubleshoot—whether via module logs, hook point inspection, API testing, or other WHMCS debugging tools—so I know you understand the stack.
