We are looking for a QA Engineer who will improve reliability, structure, documentation, and release quality.

Role Overview
As the QA Engineer, you will own the validation and verification of staging and production changes before they are released.

This role is part:
Tester
Analyst
Documentation specialist
Logical validator

You will ensure that updates:
Perform as intended

Don’t regress existing functionality

Core Responsibilities
Create and maintain structured test plans
Execute QA testing on staging before release
Validate UI, workflow, logic rules, and calculations
Verify cross-system integrations (APIs, CRM updates, order routing)
Document clear, reproducible test cases with data, screenshots/video
Track and verify defect resolutions
Conduct regression testing on previous functions/features
Ensure every release meets business acceptance criteria
Identify edge cases and failure conditions proactively

Required Skills
Strong logical reasoning and workflow understanding
Clear and structured written documentation
Ability to break complex systems into testable scenarios
Strong communication with both business and technical stakeholders
Familiarity with QA methodology
Ability to validate expected vs. actual system behavior
Preferred Skills (Not Required, But Valuable)
SQL read-only query experience
Understanding of PHP MVC logic flow
Familiarity with browser debugging tools
API validation experience (Postman, etc.)
Experience testing CRM or e-commerce flows
Basic automation testing knowledge
