End-to-End Web & Desktop QA

I’m ready to bring an experienced Quality Assurance professional on board to make sure our upcoming releases are rock-solid. The scope covers both our web platform and a companion desktop client, and I need the same sharp eye applied to each.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Build a concise test plan that maps directly to our requirements.
• Design and maintain detailed test cases for UI/UX, functional, and regression coverage on every major browser for the web app and on current Windows and macOS versions for the desktop build.
• For the web side, add API testing to the mix—verify endpoints, status codes, payload validity, and error handling.
• Execute each cycle manually, log every defect with clear reproduction steps, severity, screenshots or video, and retest once fixes land.
• Deliver a final QA summary highlighting pass/fail rates, open issues, and release readiness.

I already work with Jira and Trello for tracking; Postman is my go-to for APIs, but I’m open if you prefer a different toolset. Steady communication, timely status updates, and disciplined documentation are essential.
