EPIC FHIR API calls

I'm looking for a developer to help me create an EPIC FHIR API call for a AZURE Functions and AZURE datafactory. This requires a REST API and I need it to have specific data elements as requested. This API will be used to integrate data from a healthcare platform, so it must be API-ready and thoroughly tested. The API will work within the application's existing structure, so there needs to be full compatibility. In addition, the API should allow flexibility in creating the desired data elements. The end result needs to be a highly optimized API that can reliably retrieve data from the healthcare platform quickly and securely.
