Comprehensive Web App QA Testing

I’m ready to move my web application into production and need a skilled QA partner to run full-scale functional testing. Your focus will be twofold:

• User interface testing – walk through every user journey, confirm layout consistency, cross-browser rendering, responsive behaviour, touch interactions and error handling.
• API testing – exercise each documented endpoint, validate status codes, payload structure and data integrity, including edge-case scenarios.

Coverage has to span desktop browsers, mobile browsers and tablets so we know the experience is solid no matter how users reach us.

I’ll give you a staging URL, test credentials, API spec and access to our Jira board. Use whichever tools you work fastest with—Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Postman, etc.—as long as the results are reproducible.

Deliverables should include:
1. A concise test plan with outlined cases.
2. Detailed defect reports in Jira (steps, expected vs actual, screenshots or videos, severity).
3. A final summary report with pass/fail statistics and clear recommendations.

Everything is considered complete once all critical flows pass and reported issues are verified fixed. Let me know your estimated timeline and any questions you need answered before starting.
