A react native developer with ML knowledge needed to update android app

We want to make some changes to our android app which has been made using react-native. Its back-end is an ML model and is hosted in Heroku, so you also should have knowledge and experience in hosting and ML.
Changes will include - changing themes, adding options, fixing bugs, etc.
We will provide you the source code.
