make.com Integration: Eleven Labs & Twilio

I already use make.com and I now want a seamless scenario that links Eleven Labs’ voice-AI agent with Twilio’s voice/SMS services ( To be checked) so the two platforms can talk to each other automatically. Your job is to build the complete integration inside make.com, handle the authentication for both APIs, map the data correctly, and make sure the flow is robust with error handlers and logging.

What I expect from you
• A working make.com scenario that triggers the Eleven Labs request, captures the audio or text response, then passes it to Twilio to initiate the outbound voice call or SMS.
• Clear, commented configuration so I can adjust keys, numbers, or model IDs later without breaking the flow.
• A brief hand-off document (or short Loom) walking me through each module and any limits I should know about.
Superb understanding of eleven labs and Make.com e.g. how do we terminate calls in 5 mins but before that trigger a wrap up at 4m 5 secs.

I have completed a lot of this work but it needs someone to look at it to complete it 100% .
