Role Overview
Title: AI/Automation Assistant
Purpose: To design, implement, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows for your eBay business and other complex processes.
Key Responsibilities
Agent & Workflow Creation
Design AI agents for tasks like listing generation, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and customer communication.
Build automated workflows integrating multiple tools (e.g., eBay APIs, CSV/DB, AI content generation).
Implement triggers, error handling, and notifications for automated processes.
API Integration & Automation
Set up, configure, and maintain API connections (eBay Inventory API, Trading API, and third-party tools).
Handle OAuth authentication and secure storage of API credentials.
Implement bulk operations (create/update listings, fetch reports).
Task Management & Collaboration
Accept and execute assigned tasks efficiently.
Provide status updates and documentation for each workflow/agent.
Troubleshoot and optimize workflows to ensure reliability.
AI & Tool Integration
Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise, other NLP or ML agents) into operational workflows.
Create custom prompts, automations, or small applications to streamline repetitive tasks.
Monitoring & Maintenance
Monitor workflows and API usage to prevent failures.
Update workflows and agents as business requirements evolve.
Required Skills
Strong programming experience in Python and/or Node.js.
Experience with REST APIs and OAuth authentication.
Familiarity with eBay APIs (Inventory API, Trading API).
Experience designing automation workflows, task scheduling, and monitoring.
Knowledge of AI integration (ChatGPT, custom GPTs, AI content automation).
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Fully documented agents and workflows ready for assignment.
Automated systems for bulk listing, updates, and reporting.
Standard operating procedures for maintaining and modifying workflows.
