Zoho Expert for Business Process Integration

Freelancer Needed for Zoho Integration (CRM, Books, Inventory, etc.)

Description:
We are looking for an experienced Zoho specialist to help us integrate and automate our business processes using Zoho applications.
The ideal freelancer should have prior experience with Zoho One or multiple Zoho products and be able to understand our workflows to create efficient integrations.

Responsibilities:

Set up and customize Zoho modules (e.g., CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Projects, etc.)

Automate workflows between Zoho apps and third-party tools (via Zoho Flow, APIs, or webhooks)

Migrate existing data from spreadsheets or other CRMs into Zoho

Provide training or documentation for our team

Offer post-implementation support if needed

Requirements:

Proven experience with Zoho integrations and API-based automation

Knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting is a plus

Strong understanding of business workflows (sales, invoicing, customer support, etc.)

Good communication and documentation skills
