Zoho Expense–PayPal Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already run all of our reimbursements through Zoho Expense and now need it to talk smoothly with PayPal. The goal is simple: when a payment is made in PayPal I want that transaction to appear in Zoho Expense instantly, tagged to the right employee or project, and to feed straight into the built-in report generator so my finance team can pull accurate cost statements without manual imports.
Key outcomes I’m expecting: real-time payment tracking and reliable expense report generation that mirrors PayPal activity down to the cent. You should be comfortable working with the Zoho Expense API, PayPal REST/webhooks, and handling OAuth or token-based authentication securely. If there’s a smarter way to map PayPal fields to Zoho categories, I’m open to suggestions—what matters is that the link is automated, resilient, and easy to maintain.
We can review the current account structure on a quick call, go over any API credentials you need, and agree on milestones for testing and final rollout. If you’ve delivered a similar PayPal-to-Zoho integration before, please mention it along with any best practices you’d like to implement here.
