We're currently seeking a Zoho-experienced freelancer to fully set up and integrate our ecommerce operations using Zoho Commerce, Zoho Books, and relevant plugins. The goal is to ensure a live, fully automated online store with seamless backend operations.
Below is a detailed outline of the project scope:
Setup & Integration Tasks
- Set up Zoho Commerce from scratch, tailored to our business needs.
- Link our existing WordPress website to Zoho Commerce.
- Install and configure automation plugins, including:
- *LinkZoho – The Best WooCommerce Plugin for Zoho Books* (or equivalent)
- Any other tools needed to automate order flow and accounting.
Product & Pricing Management
- Import all current products from our website into Zoho Books.
- Update and add new products on WordPress as needed.
- Ensure pricing is accurate and synchronized across Zoho Books and WordPress.
Order Lifecycle Automation
- Automate the full order lifecycle:
- Customer creation
- Sales order generation
- Invoice creation
- Syncing to Zoho Books
- Optimize email and notification workflows for fast order turnaround.
- Set up email channels so all stakeholders are instantly notified of new orders.
Third-Party Integrations
- Integrate courier/shipping services for real-time tracking and dispatch.

Final Deliverable
