Zoho CRM–Greendeal API Sync
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Our team needs a seasoned Zoho CRM developer to wire Zoho up to Greendeal’s REST API (docs: https://www.greendeal.com.au/developers) so information flows cleanly in both directions. The integration must keep customer information and order details completely aligned, push updates automatically, and pull any changes from Greendeal without manual intervention.
I need a custom button built in ZOHO CRM to push data to create a new record in GreenDeal and for job data to be submitted on GreenDeal to be pushed into CRM.
Key goals
• True bidirectional sync for all customer records and order objects.
• Quick, reliable triggers so users see real-time alerts inside Zoho the moment something changes in Greendeal (and vice-versa).
• Custom field mapping: we already have several non-standard fields in Zoho that must land in exact matching fields on the Greendeal side.
• In-CRM reports that let us slice synced data for operational and sales purposes.
Deliverables
1. A tested Zoho extension / Deluge script set that handles authentication, CRUD operations, and webhook callbacks.
2. Field-mapping document showing every standard and custom field pair.
3. Two sample dashboards or scheduled reports proving the data is available for analytics.
4. Deployment notes plus a quick hand-over session so my admin can maintain the connection.
Acceptance criteria
• Creating or updating a customer in Zoho appears in Greendeal within one minute, and the reverse round-trip matches that speed.
• Custom fields sync accurately in both directions during QA.
