Zoho CRM and Claude AI Integration

Project Description: We are Coretrst Technical Services L.L.C, a Dubai-based company with a real estate and property management portfolio (residential units, labour camp management, and facilities/AMC contracts). We use Zoho CRM and Zoho Books to run our operations, and we have 12 employees and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) vendors whose data flows through these systems. We need an experienced freelancer to guide us through and set up the integration of our Zoho CRM and Zoho Books with Claude AI (Anthropic), so we can automate and better organize our operations. This is not just a build-and-leave job — we need someone who can explain the setup as they go, help us understand our options, and get the integration properly configured and working. What we need: Guidance on the best way to connect Zoho CRM + Zoho Books to Claude AI (architecture/approach recommendation) Hands-on setup of the integration (API connections) Automated workflows for: updates, and renewal reminders Invoice and payment sync between Zoho Books and CRM AMC contract tracking and expiry alerts Employee/staff record management (visa, contract expiries, etc.) Auto-generation of documents (notices, reminders, reports) using Claude training so our team understands how it works and can manage it going forward Documentation of the setup for future reference Requirements: Proven experience with Zoho CRM/Books API, Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) into business workflows Comfortable explaining technical setup in plain terms, not just delivering code Real estate/property management workflow experience is a plus Ability to handle confidential company and tenant data responsibly Deliverables: Documented recommendation/guidance on integration approach Working Zoho–Claude AI integration set up and tested Automated workflows as scoped above Training/handover session.
