Zoho CRM Automation & Razorpay Integration

I need to streamline my entire lead-to-payment journey inside Zoho CRM and want an expert to set everything up exactly to my sales process. Leads arrive from web forms and partner sources; they should drop straight into Zoho, get routed to the right rep, and kick off a timed sequence of WhatsApp nudges until the deal closes or the prospect falls out.

Once a prospect pays, Razorpay must push real-time status updates back to Zoho so the deal stage, revenue fields, and follow-up logic update automatically. I also want at-a-glance dashboards showing conversion rates, revenue collected, and overdue payments, plus scheduled reports landing in my inbox each week.

Scope you’ll cover:
• Configure Zoho fields, pipelines, assignment rules, and web-to-lead capture
• Build WhatsApp follow-up workflows tied to deal stage and payment outcome
• Integrate Razorpay via API/webhooks, map transactions back to Zoho records
• Design real-time dashboards and scheduled reports for sales and finance
• Deliver concise setup documentation and run one hand-off training session

Each milestone should be tested in the Zoho sandbox first, demonstrated, and then promoted to production once approved. Share examples of similar Zoho + Razorpay work and estimate the hours you’ll need for each milestone so I can plan the timeline.
