Zoho CRM Automation Integration

Scope of Work
1. Data Migration
Export, clean, and map all existing contact and account data from Contact Science into Zoho CRM
Ensure data integrity throughout the migration process with validation and deduplication
Conduct a post-migration audit to confirm all records transferred accurately
2. Contact & Account Setup
Configure contact, account, and lead modules to align with our business structure
Set up custom fields, views, and layouts tailored to our team's workflow
Establish proper data segmentation and tagging conventions
3. Workflow Setup
Design and implement automated workflows based on our existing and desired sales/marketing processes
Configure triggers, conditions, and actions to reduce manual tasks
Document all workflows for team reference
4. Automation Setup
Build automation rules for lead assignment, follow-up reminders, and status updates
Set up email templates and automated email sequences within Zoho CRM
Integrate Zoho CRM with any existing tools or platforms we use (to be scoped during discovery)
5. Social Media Integration
Connect and configure Zoho Social or native social media integrations within Zoho CRM
Set up social listening and contact enrichment features where applicable
Ensure social interactions are tracked and logged within contact records
6. Training & Best Practices
Conduct one or more live training sessions for our team covering platform navigation and daily use
Share tips, shortcuts, and productivity best practices to help our team work faster within the platform
Provide documentation or resource guides for ongoing reference after the engagement ends
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience implementing Zoho CRM for small to mid-sized organizations
Prior experience migrating data from third-party CRM or contact management platforms
Strong understanding of CRM best practices, sales workflows, and marketing automation
Excellent communication skills and ability to train non-technical users
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our team
Zoho certification is a plus
Project Timeline & Engagement
This is a project-based contract. We are looking to begin as soon as possible. Candidates should provide an estimated timeline and phased project plan as part of their proposal.
