Zoho Books Setup & Migration -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need Zoho Books built from the ground up, then populated with my full history of invoices and bills—well over 5,000 records—now sitting in tidy Excel/CSV files. The job covers:
• Configuring a fresh Zoho Books organisation (taxes, chart of accounts, opening balances, user roles).
• Importing every invoice and bill with precise field-to-field mapping so totals, taxes, dates, attachments and payment status survive the trip intact.
• Spot-checking batches after import and reconciling any data quirks until figures in Zoho match my source files 100 %.
Although customers, vendors, inventory items and bank transactions are not part of this first upload, I’d like the structure left ready should we extend the migration later.
Acceptance will be simple: run the Zoho reports I specify, match them against the control totals I supply, and show zero discrepancies.
If you have proven experience moving large data sets from QuickBooks (or similar) into Zoho Books with CSV tools and the Zoho API, let’s talk.
