YouCanBookMe setup

I need 2–5 YouCanBookMe booking pages created so I can embed onto my squarespace site

• Distinct appointment types with their own durations
• Custom booking form fields that capture the exact details I specify
• Automated confirmation, reminder and follow up emails that pull dynamic booking data

I want the flow to be set up exactly how i have it currently with Acuity(https://www.siriusandthewren.com/booknow). I'm looking for someone to basically "transfer" everything I have set up in Acuity to you can book me.
One main landing page and then the client would click on one of 4 choices or categories, then they would pick the kind of session, then book. I have the copy, forms questions, etc pulled already.

I want the same wording that matches my existing website copy. After setup, run a test booking on every page.
