Xero-Quotient Airtable Automation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I use Quotient for proposals, Xero for invoicing, and Airtable as my project tracker. I’d like the three platforms talking to each other so I no longer have to move data by hand.
Here’s the exact flow I need:
• The moment a client clicks “Accept” in Quotient, an invoice must be created in Xero that carries the full client details (name, company, address, reference, everything Quotient holds).
• As soon as that invoice hits Xero, the related Airtable record should flip its status fields to “Invoice sent”, “not paid”, and log the due date pulled from Xero.
• When Xero confirms the payment, the same Airtable record simply needs its status updated to “invoice paid”.
I’m open to Zapier, Make/Integromat, a custom AWS Lambda, or the Xero and Quotient APIs directly—whichever you feel is the most reliable and keeps running even when I’m not watching it.
Please set the whole workflow up, document any web-hooks, custom scripts, or API keys you use, and leave me with a short Loom or similar walkthrough so I can maintain it later.
