Workflow Automation via App Integrations
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I need a developer who can wire together Fishbowl, HubSpot, MS Outlook, Aircall, and MaintainX through their APIs so the data flows cleanly between them without any human copy-and-paste.
The three processes I want handled are inventory management, CRM updates, and communication tracking, all with the single aim of cutting out manual errors. Right now information gets re-entered several times across the stack; once these connections are live, each system should stay in sync automatically.
Key deliverables
• Stable, documented API connections among the five apps listed above
• Automated workflows covering inventory changes, customer data updates, and logging of emails or calls
• Clear hand-off notes so I can edit endpoints or keys later without breaking anything
