Workflow Automation System Development

I'm seeking a developer to create a workflow system that will streamline our customer application process.

Key Requirements:
- Online User-friendly customer application forms. (we have the information)
- Seamless data transfer from forms to Excel backend. (Happy to use something other than Excel)
- Automated generation of various letters upon milestone completion (Quotations, Approval letters, Solicitors instructions, ).
- Ability to integrate with our existing website and CRM.
- Some workflows will require API integration for government searches.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with form creation and data automation.
- Proficient in Excel and API integrations. We can provide the formulas etc
- Strong background in web development for integration purposes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
