Workflow Automation Specialist
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hello!
I’m looking to work with a small number of strong operators who can help me build out workflow automations in MeetKiwi.ai.
We use it as our orchestration layer, with services running in Google Cloud Run. There’s an SDK involved, so this leans technical — not just drag-and-drop workflows.
The goal is simple: take real operational processes and turn them into clean, reliable automations.
What the work looks like
Typical projects involve:
Taking a defined process and turning it into a workflow
Building it out in MeetKiwi.ai
Wiring it up to APIs / external systems
Connecting into services running on Cloud Run
Thinking through edge cases, retries, and failure handling
Shipping something that actually runs reliably
What I’m looking for
You’ve done this before — not experimenting, not learning on the fly.
You’ve built automation systems that run in production
You’re comfortable working with APIs and backend logic
You can look at a process and design a clean way to automate it
You think about failure modes (not just the happy path)
You don’t need a lot of hand-holding
Tech context
Workflow/orchestration tools (Temporal, Airflow, Prefect, Zapier, Make, etc.)
GCP (Cloud Run in particular)
SDK-based integrations
Backend logic (Python / Node or similar)
You don’t need MeetKiwi experience specifically, but you should be able to ramp quickly.
How we’ll work
I’ll bring specific automation opportunities. We align on scope, you build, we iterate if needed, then move on to the next one.
If you’re strong, there’s plenty of work here.
Quick questions (keep it real, no fluff)
What’s one automation system you’ve built that you’re actually proud of?
How do you usually handle retries / failures in workflows?
What tools have you used for orchestration, and why those?
Example of a messy process you turned into something clean
When you apply
Send:
1–2 real examples (links or short writeups)
Stack you used
What part you personally built
Generic replies get ignored.
