Workday Integration Consultant
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need an experienced Workday integration consultant to plug reliable data into the HCM (sometimes called “HMM”) module so we can finally unlock the rich reporting features we’re paying for. The sole objective is to enhance reporting capabilities—no broader HR process overhaul for now, just crisp, automated data flows that feed powerful, real-time reports.
Here’s how I see the engagement unfolding:
• Assess the current data landscape, spotting gaps or redundancies that prevent us from building accurate reports.
• Design and build integrations—EIB, Workday Studio, Workday Prism Analytics, or another tool you recommend—that funnel clean data into Workday tables used by Workday Report Writer.
• Configure calculated fields and custom report types so end-users can generate their own dashboards without extra SQL or manual exports.
• Validate: deliver a small set of sample reports and reconcile them against the source system to prove data integrity.
• Document everything clearly, then walk my team through the setup so we can own it going forward.
Acceptance criteria
1. Three sample reports (operational, management, and summary style) run without manual intervention and match the source figures.
2. All integrations start automatically, log errors, and have retry logic.
3. A concise handover guide plus a recorded demo are supplied.
I will provide a sandbox tenant, SFTP endpoints, and API keys; you bring Workday expertise and a knack for rock-solid integrations that turn raw data into actionable insights.
