Workday Implementation & Support Partner

I’m preparing to roll out Workday across the organisation and need an experienced partner who can lead the full journey—whether that means a fresh implementation, re-configuring what we already have, or stepping in for ongoing support and upgrades.

You’ll start by advising on scope and timeline, then move straight into hands-on configuration, data migration and integrations with our existing HR, finance and payroll systems. Clear documentation, testing cycles and end-user training are essential so the team can adopt Workday smoothly and rely on it long term.

Key deliverables I expect:
• A practical implementation or optimisation roadmap
• Tenant configuration aligned with best-practice Workday guidelines
• Secure data migration and validation scripts
• Integration set-ups (REST/SOAP APIs, EIB, Studio or other tools as needed)
• Comprehensive UAT support and issue resolution
• Post go-live monitoring, release management and knowledge transfer
