WordPress WhatsApp Notification Integration before 24 hours

I have a custom WordPress plugin running smoothly on my site, but it still lacks direct WhatsApp alerts when key events occur. I’d like you to wire real-time WhatsApp notifications into the plugin so that customers—or admin numbers I specify—receive immediate messages whenever actions such as new orders, status updates, or other hooks fire.

What I need from you

WhatsApp Notification (24 Hours Before Appointment):
We need to implement a feature that automatically sends a WhatsApp reminder notification to clients 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. For this, an API/service provider will be required since Amelia plugin does not send WhatsApp messages natively.

Deliverables
1. Updated plugin files (or a separate extension) containing the WhatsApp integration
2. Clear, commented source code with any new functions or classes explained
3. Quick user guide or screen-share walkthrough showing how to configure and test the feature

Acceptance criteria
– A test order placed on my staging site triggers a WhatsApp message that arrives within seconds
– No PHP errors or console warnings with WP_DEBUG set to true
– No conflicts with my current theme or other active plugins

I’ll provide staging access (FTP, wp-admin, and database if needed) so you can work safely. If you’ve implemented WhatsApp messaging in WordPress before and can deliver a clean, well-documented solution, I’m eager to collaborate and get this shipped quickly.
