I need a skilled WordPress developer to address several issues on my small business website, which is already live and connected to Cloudflare.

Key tasks include:

1. Form Integration:
- Add a fill-in form using Microsoft Forms after user registration.
- Collect basic contact details (e.g., name, email, phone number).
- Send an email notification after form submission.

2. API Setup:
- Integrate an additional API to retrieve user registration info.

3. Email Configuration:
- Fix non-functional business email. Currently, unable to send or receive emails.
- Ensure proper setup for email notifications regarding student registrations and information.

4. Payment Portal:
- Troubleshoot and fix the payment portal, which is currently non-operational.
